so on july 3rd 2009 i was officially speared. as in speared through the hand with a five prong (aka nail) frog gig. eventually i'll have pictures posted on my real blog. but i figured i'd update this madness too. it wasn't so much painful as terrifying. the nails were rusty. it went in one side of my middle finger and came out the other. so i rested lazily on my bone until four emts came. which was somewhat unneccessary but who is taking names?

anyway, i'm better now. i'm on lots of pain medication for my hand and supposed dry plurosy. beeeeh inflammed inner chest wall. what fun.

i lost my thirteen lb today! exciting. too bad i can't really see a difference yet. but supposedly everyone else can. hmmmmm.. i'm not sure.

i'm being rambly. my apologies. i can't have a drink for a week and a half and i'm supposed to go to panama city with gerald, slade, and bryan on friday. what the hell am i going to do sober? meh. oh yeah and i start school wednesday. i hate my life.

but, on a brighter note. i'm still working on the book. and rachel and brad are coming down tomorrow! yay!
